HOWEVER, SHOULD THEY SO WISH, BIDDERS WHO HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED THEIR PROPOSALS ARE WELCOMED TO RESUBMIT THEIR PROPOSAL ON OR BEFORE THE 31 JANUARY 2022
